Freedom Fly Fitness is run and operated by veterans and first responders. Our trainers are passionate about creating a fun impactful workout. We all have endured injuries that have stopped our fitness routines in their tracks! So when we discovered bungee fitness we knew we were hooked for life!

Training Expertise

With three levels of bungee fitness, there is always a level for you!

YOU MUST TAKE LEVEL 1 BEFORE JOINING LEVEL 2 or 3!

Level 1

This basic Level 1 class is the place to start. Learn the basic techniques of bungee fitness from balance, squats, jumps, and burpees.. Take this class as often as needed until you feel comfortable with these basic movements and Sling terminology. This class will still get the heart rate up, all while having fun. During this class, we will learn a basic routines to get you ready for ModiFLY!

Level 2

This class is for those who have graduated from our basic Level 1 class. If you can burpee with ease, and plunge it down without problems, our ModiFLY class is the next step up.

ModfiFLY increases skillsets and cardio for those ready to take on more difficult routines. Build on your basics and learn more advanced skills that will challenge you.

We will be doing amped up cardio bungee mixed dance routines to get you ready for level 3 IntensiFLY!
